After booking your session, I will ask you to complete a consultation form.

Sessions will last approximately 45 minutes, although the first session can be longer.

Sessions can be remote via zoom or in person and are relaxed and informal. So don't worry if you can't travel!

My method of connecting with you will be through dowsing. This is not a talking therapy so we do not need to talk over past traumas.

I will be using magnets to clear energies however my hands can be used if it seems more appropriate.  I work with spirit guides and helpers so share any messages or information that I recieve or required.

After a session you may feel lighter or clearer, some people feel tired or emotional, though this will pass.
